Food was cold, always go to san Marco as food is lovely but won't use delivery service again

Ordered for 1830 delivery. Received a order at 1715, 1 hour 15 minutes early had to refuse the order as family were eating at 1830 Delivery person checked receipt and confirmed the order was too early. The delivery person was excellent and handled the situation well. 2nd order turned up on time but food was obviousley new chips but the fish sausage and black pudding was not crisp. I suspectit was the same food that had been delivered earlier with fresh chips. Disapointed with my first order as I gave over 2 hours notice to your company.

Food was cold on arrival, after taking over 1 1/2 to arrive

Ordered food to be delivered at 8pm, food was delivered at 5:15. Had to heat it up at 8 when hubby got home from work.

Order took 2 hours to arrive, called and was told "Your order is next out" and then 40 minutes later called again just to be told "It's out for delivery"

Over 30 minutes late compared to delivery time given on website
